Where are you based?
Were based in South Africa. Every piece is printed, painted, packed and shipped straight from Johannesburg
 
How long does shipping take?
We ship within 3-5 business days. Once your orders out, it depends on your location- but well send tracking info to you so you can follow your package’s journey.
 
Do you ship internationally?
For now we only ship locally across South Africa.
 
What’s your return policy?
We dont accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. We package everything as safely as we can but if it arrives broken then get into contact with us with a photo of your damaged item and we will guide you through the refund/return process.
 
Are all your pieces really hand-painted?
Yes, we dont use a multi-material printer so each item is hand-painted by us.
 
What Material are the prints made out of?
All prints are PLA (plant based), a durable, light weight material which is bio degradable and eco friendly.
 
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
All of our products are hand-painted so there may be slight variations in colour.

Can I see the products in Person?
Yes-catch us at select markets. Follow us on Instagram to know where we’ll pop up next.

Are your 3D pieces safe to use for food?
While our products are sealed, they’re not made for direct contact with food or drink.

Will I see layer lines on my 3D product?
Depends on the product , we sand and finish them but raw 3D products will have layer lines.
